In order to create the best dishes it is necessary to focus 100% on them. Therefore, it is not possible to offer everything. We want to serve the best pizza in Manchester, not just average Italian food, which is why we firmly believe in the specificity of the restaurant.
Great PIZZA is simple: good ingredients on good dough. We focus on the dough and we top it with the finest ingredients from our country. Our dough contains a very low percentage of yeast and is slowly fermented which makes it really easy to digest. Our pizza cooks in less than 90 seconds but starts life two days before! Following the proper Neapolitan tradition, our pizza is cooked in a wood oven built up for us in Napoli.
Additionally, beyond some traditional Italian antipasti, we serve O CUOPPO! “Cuoppo” is a cone-shaped paper that holds a mixture of delicacies, (potato croquettes, vegetables, courgette flowers, mozzarella bocconcini, and fluffy balls of dough – zeppoline) all cut and fried in a light and easily digestible batter. O cuoppo is a masterpiece of Italian street food. It is made to be enjoyed while walking through the alleys of the city, passing balconies festooned with washing, or simply while waiting to order a pizza.
