Third meeting of the NQ Wine Club: let’s discover the wines of Piemonte!
We will focus on four wines made with indigenous grapes from Piemonte, one of the most famous regions for wine production in the world. Each wine will be paired with a carefully selected tasting prepared by the chefs of Noi Quattro and The Pasta Factory.
As usual, a welcome glass of prosecco awaits, followed by the chance to explore four wines selected by our hosts Gary Newborough “The Aristologist”; Italian Restaurant Awards judge and one time owner of The Market Restaurant, (the first ever restaurant in the Northern Quarter) & Davide Rinaldi, WSET level 3 qualified, and originally from Piedmont.
Each wine will be introduced and described by the host of the evening, and paired with an appropriate taste prepared by The Pasta Factory and Noi Quattro chefs, and vegetarian alternatives will be available for those that include meat or fish.
