The popular pizzeria is the newest addition to Society’s global roster of street food restaurants.
This means keeping it simple – using the best ingredients direct from Italy on handcrafted dough. The dough is low yeast and slow fermented, meaning it’s two days in the making, but cooks in less than 90 seconds in their pizza oven.
As well as pizzas, Noi Quattro will be serving up a fabulous collection of authentic Neapolitan street food including the traditional (and delicious) snack of “stuzzichini” – bites of fried dough with a selection of toppings.
“Cuoppo” is a triumph of Italian street food – a paper cone that holds traditional fried snacks like “cuoppo di scoglio”: calamari, whitebait, baby octopus and seaweed zeppoline. Made to be enjoyed walking through the streets of Naples – and now Manchester.
Noi Quattro completes the Society family of independent local street food traders, joining Slap and Pickle, Manzoku Street Food, Chaat Cart, and Yoki Social Table. As well as its independent street food, Society host’s Vocation Brewery’s Manchester taproom with the largest selection of draught beers in the city.
Tucked away at Barbirolli Square, Society is a hidden hub of street food, craft beer, wine and cocktails. Overlooked by the Bridgewater Hall and surrounded by beautiful fountains, Society is the perfect relaxing spot for food and drinks.
