An article by ‘Taste of Manchester’ : PASTA COMES TO SOCIETY: NEAPOLITAN PIZZA SPECIALISTS NOI QUATTRO LAUNCHES NEW PASTA MENU

There’s yet another reason to add a visit to Society to your weekly plans as Neapolitan pizza specialists, Noi Quattro, have just launched a cracking new pasta menu exclusively for the popular street food and craft beer hub based on Barbirolli Square. 

The new menu will be served daily, with each dish ranging from £8-10.50. The handcrafted pasta will be made in-house every day, with guests able to choose from either rigatoni or spaghetti alongside a number of fresh, homemade authentic sauces. 

The new menu includes Italian cuisine stapes like the Pasta Alla Carbonara, created the traditional way – using egg yolks, guanciale (pork cheeks), parmesan and pecorino, and freshly ground black pepper as well as Noi Quattro’s own special takes on iconic dishes like Spaghetti al Pomodoro and Pasta all’ Arrabbiata.

Oh yeah, and we can’t forget about the incredible homemade pesto pasta, served with creamy burrata cheese and basil. 

Other menu highlights include the Pasta Al Ragú, a rich slow cooked beef ragu bolognese sauce served with parmesan cheese, and a Mushroom and Truffle Pasta, made with porcini mushrooms, truffle, parsley and white wine sauce. And don’t worry if you’re of a pizza fan as you’ll still be able to find Noi Quattro’s trademark Neapolitan pizzas on the menu too – all of which are made using hand crafted pizza dough, which are then cooked to perfection in a traditional pizza oven.
